"Until recently, I have been a Stor-All customer for the better part of two years and I want to express my appreciation for the professional yet personal assistance provided by Mike & Susan during their tenure as the management team in Landen.

I have utilized other storage facilities during periods of relocation and almost always felt that the customer service was limited at best and often non-existent.

Often the need for temporary or permanent storage is due to a life altering or challenging time in the customer's life. The positive attitude that Mike and Susan exude when a prospect or existing customer walks thru the door is infectious and under-rated at a time when many of those prospects are facing difficult and / or challenging times. It's as though the customer is a long lost friend or fast becoming one. That is rare today and often the missing ingredient to establishing lasting relationships.

While I may or may not need temporary storage in the future, I feel certain that if I called on them for assistance that they would be there. I also recommend the location when asked about the need for storage facilities by associates. The Stor-All organization is well served by this team and I have no doubt that when the time comes and they are called upon to serve in some other capacity; that the organization will consider that the positive contributions that they make to the company go well beyond meeting organizational financial goals / objectives. They are good people as well."

 

"To whom it may concern:

I would like to take a moment to explain an experience I recently had with your company. On Friday July 30th I arrived at your Stor-All West Fifth location in Columbus, OH (824 West Fifth Ave, Columbus, OH 43212) to unload a considerable amount of family items into a storage unit. The reason for my note today is to try and acknowledge how incredibly helpful and pleasant the two individuals who assisted me were during my experience.

To briefly detail, I was suffering a very stressful day and was looking at a daunting task of unloading the items on hand from my rental truck by myself (as my helper who was supposed to assist me was unavailable). Without hesitation, Thomas Brown (the gentleman working in the office), offered to assist me with some of the larger items on the truck. After helping me unload these items, Thomas even offered additional assistance to me, despite their office having closed 30 minutes prior. Not only did Thomas help me and then continue to offer his help, but during our interaction he was extremely kind and fun to converse with.

After I was finished unloading everything and was preparing to exit, Thomas' wife, Rona, came outside and offered me a cold beverage. This went above and beyond my expectations of customer service and kind-heartedness on their behalf. But even still, the couple was not done in making my experience so pleasant. In trying to maneuver the large truck I was operating I was struggling to exit the premises safely. In seeing this, Thomas quickly came to my aid once again in guiding me out of the facility without incident.

In detailing my visit to Stor-all I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge what a wonderful experience I had thanks to Rona and Thomas. They turned a dreadful and stress laden day around and made it so much more positive for me. I truly wish that there were more people of their kind nature that I had the pleasure of associating with on a regular basis. I felt it was very important to recognize their excellence in customer service and kindness to your corporate office. Not only that, but they were incredibly well organized and concise with the rental process and transaction. I will most definitely be giving Stor-all my business in the future (no matter what location) thanks to Thomas and Rona.
