If your service has been outstanding we encourage you to tell a friend, co-worker, or family member about the products and services we offer and take advantage of our $50/$50 referral program. At the time of rental remind your referral to place your name on the referral card or tell our managers that you referred them. We will credit your account $50 each time you refer a new renter. If you are no longer a tenant we will issue a check for $50. If you wish to receive a check and are no longer a tenant, please be sure the person you refer can provide us with a current address and phone number so that we may contact you for delivery of your referral check.
