Excellent customer service! My first encounter was with Joshua at the site. Then I spoke with Christine in CS when she answered the phone for my follow up questions. 10 days later I spoke with with Rose (Krystal) in CS and booked both indoor units. On my way from IL to KY, I called Joshua. I would arrive after business hours with a truck load. Joshua made sure my temp code worked and also made sure both my locks were there. I arrived late and everything was perfect. Nicely lit clean units. Thank your all! There's a reason you are so highly rated on the web. I am in the CS business. It is VERY refreshing to come across such a team.

Property Managers have been reduced "due to the Covid-19". The Kiosk was not working so I called the call center twice. They said they would notify the manager who would be on site with me shortly or they would let me know. I eventually saw the manager coming out of the building. He had not gotten either of the 2 messages and the call center never called me back. If you are going to cut staff, please improve your process for helping new prospective customers. The next day, when I checked in the manager was helpful.
