Not good some couple was living in there storage unit and then they where breaking in to other peoples unit and saleing the stuff on Ebay. Of course my unit was one of them. By the way Im talking about the store all in valley station. I went in to pay my first payment and the lady didn't even bother to tell me it had been broken in to my unit until after I went to the unit and seen that my lock that I paid $12 for from store all was gone and store all had there lock on so I ask the lady why and then she told me. Then not only do I pay for insurance I thought for this kind of thing but nobody there would help me out to find out where my things are out of my unit and I had to by lock number 2 in 2 months for another $12 dollars. So not only have I lost alot of sentimental things but I get a phone call everyday saying there going to auction off what little bit is left or pay then $450 dollars which I really think is very rude and unprofessional and I'm going to call my lawyer and see what I can do. Because there's no telling how many other people there doing this to there. But I will never rent another storage unit from this company.y if they were the only one left in the world. I've been a customer of Stor-All now for almost 5 yrs. Haven 't really had any problems & Leslie the manager is great. My only complaint is the rent goes up every year. As a longtime customer, who has had 2 units at one time, you would think they would lower the rent, not increase it. I guess they think people don't want to move all their stuff to another location, so they can charge whatever they want.-Dee 5/2015
Aside from the frequent rent increases, the excessive fees, and the annoying phone calls the very day payment is due, I am really agitated by the egregious addition of insurance to my bill. I had at one point considered getting a bigger unit, but will likely look elsewhere when push comes to shove and I need the extra space. I have had a unit there for 12 years and the cost per month has doubled.-Philip 5/2015

Very clean. The managers of the storage facility that I use are are great. I've been there since September of 2011 and on 2 occasions I didn't lock my unit properly. The manager called me so In could fix it. I'm grateful. I highly recommend this company.-Paula 5/2015
