I like the location & the units are nice. However, in 5 years my 5 x 10 unit has nearly doubled in rent. It has happened so much I'ved lost count. Also, the location I'm at (Newcut in Louisville, Ky) charges me more than the price listed on the website. Other than the inflated cost, I haven't had many problems there.-Jennifer 5/2015
Let me start off by saying my first going I was made to feel like I had know them all of my life,I can't remember his name but he was so nice.Then we had a lot of flooding here in Louisville,and they call me to check on my items to see if they where ok.i just hope they be around a long time and case I need them in the near future.I'm using them now and I like doing business with real nice people all of the people that work there are super nice. The owners act nice at first, until you sign the papers. After that all they care about is money. I have had the unit for a year, and have had 2 rate increases. When I was stationed to international waters, I relied on my phones internet to make the payment as I have always done. Just so happens that is when they were experiencing problems with the online payments and people being able to log in and I was one of those people. I figured in three days ill be back to the states and be able to call without major charges and talk to the manager and make a payment since the website was at fault. When I called the manager without asking me goes "okay I processed your payment with the $20 charge"!!!! I told him how are you going to charge me when it was your system which I have always paid by, waS down? He said well it was already processed so I cant do anything.
