1. How long do I have to sign up for?

We offer month to month leases, meaning no long term contracts and no commitment.

2. What is your "No Late Fee Guarantee"?

To guarantee that you are not going to incur any late fees, we offer the ability to sign up for auto-billing at all our locations or online.

3. When can I get to my belongings?

Most of our facilities offer access to your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, assuming your account is in good standing. Our office hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturdays, and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sundays at most locations.

4. How much notice must be given when I move out?

We do not require a notice for moving out; on the day you move out of your space please remove your lock from your storage unit and stop by the office to let your manager know. Full details on the vacating policy will be provided for you at the time of move-in.

5. Do you offer a mover?

Unfortunately we do not offer a mover; however, we do offer a COMPLIMENTARY moving truck at move-in. Please contact a facility near you for full details. We would also be more than happy to recommend a local, reliable mover.

6. How can I make a payment?

Payments can be processed by mail, in person or through our website. You may also arrange to have payment automatically deducted from your credit card. Please ask your manager about this feature. All of our facilities are equipped with a payment drop box; however, we do not recommend this for cash payments.

7. What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?

We have a wide variety of unit sizes to meet your needs. Unit sizes and prices vary by location. Please visit our site to view a list of our available sizes and prices. Otherwise, you are welcome to call your local self storage facility and speak with the knowledgeable staff.

8. How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?

Please use our storage calculator provided on our website to get an idea about which storage size would be best for you. Again, feel free to speak with any staff member at your local facility if you have more questions.

9. What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash, checks, and money orders. Select locations also accept American Express. Please ask about our credit card auto-pay program!

10. Do you sell locks, packing and moving supplies?

Yes, high quality locks with a lifetime warranty at a discounted price! We also offer boxes and moving supplies. All purchases over $50 qualify you for a 10% discount on your purchase of moving boxes and moving supplies.

11. Do you have outdoor storage for boats, RV's and other vehicles?

Yes, we have space for boats, RV's, commercial vehicles, semi-trailers, trucks and cars at our Whitehall and Fairdale locations.
