The only downside is that you need to have a car in order to get out of the gated area since the automatic exit door is probably weignt sensitive. That is to say this could be a potential safety hazard (for you rather than your stuff haha). I was trapped inside on a cold snowy winter night alone as I let the uber who dropped me and my stuff off left first.
